Returns & Refunds policy

At BR Tradex, we maintain strict quality checks before dispatching any product. However, since our products are packaging materials meant for bulk and industrial use, our policies are designed to ensure fair practice and avoid misuse.
No Return / Replacement
  • Once the product is purchased and delivered, no returns or replacements will be accepted.

  • This is because packaging products cannot be reused or resold once opened, ensuring hygiene and quality control.

Order Cancellation
  • Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch/shipment.

  • Once the consignment is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Damage or Defect Claims
  • In case of damage or manufacturing defect, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) are mandatory for verification.

  • Claims without videos will not be accepted.

  • If approved, we may offer replacement in the next order or partial credit note, depending on the case.

Sample Orders Before Bulk Purchase

To avoid any confusion regarding product quality, thickness, or size, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a bulk order.
